Monthly plans
Subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Billing mistakes
If you were charged by mistake (for example, a duplicate charge), email info@savoriimpact.com within 30 days and we'll fix it.
